BAN GIOC WATERFALL – NGUOM NGAO (TIGER) CAVE 3N2D

ITINERARY:

NIGHT 1: HA NOI – CAO BANG

7:30 pm: Minivan pick you up at your accommodation to go to the big sleeping bus that is very comfortable.

DAY 1: NGUOM NGAO CAVE – BAN GIOC WATERFALL – KHUOI KY VILLAGE – TRUC LAM PAGODA (B-L-S)

8:00 am: Reach Lan’s Homestay, which is known as the point No.38 on Cao Bang Geographic Park map. Have welcome drink and breakfast, meet your driver then prepare for the trip.

8:30 am: Start going to discover Nguom Ngao Cave, enjoy the long distance, about 6 kms far in 3 hours.

Have lunch at Khuoi Ky Stone Village, enjoy special local foods of Nung people here, and also visit the traditional stone houses.

After lunch, go to visit Ban Gioc Waterfall, Truc Lam Pagoda.

Then back to Lan’s Homestay, there are 3 options you can do by yourselves:

• Do kayaking around Quay Son River, with green water super chill and peaceful. In summer, you can even swim there.
• Cycling surrounding the village, visit some ancient houses.
• Go to see the border point between Vietnam and China.

Have dinner at Lan’s Homestay, try local cuisine. End of the first day.

DAY 2: EXPLORE ANGEL EYE MOUNTAIN & BAN VIET LAKE

 8:00 am – 8:30 am: Have breakfast at Lan’s Homestay.

Then go with easy rider to explore Angel Eye mountain, traditional craft villages (Incense village, Knife village…) and see the life of Nung people there.

After lunch at the local restaurant, visit Ban Viet lake.

Back to Lan’s Homestay, take a rest.

5:30 pm: Get on the bus back to Hanoi with the snack on bus.

NIGHT 2: CAO BANG – HA NOI

5:00 am: Arrive at My Dinh station, then get in another minivan which will bring you back to the Old Quarter and finish the tour.
