06:00- 06:30 – Our bus and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, then depart to Sapa, following Noi Bai – Lao Cai highway.
10:00 – Follow the highway to Lao Cai City with a comfortable short break on the way to Sapa.
13:00 13:30 – Arrive at Sapa town and be amazed by the colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic people. Then, have lunch with local Vietnamese dishes before the hotel check-in.
14:30 – We start walking to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and locate near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk up hill to get back to Sapa with very beautiful scenery in the late afternoon.
The tour guide continues to take the group to visit Sin Chai village located on the slopes of Fansipan mountain.
17:00 – Return to Sapa town for dinnerEnjoy your free time in the afternoon to explore Sapa Market and town.

7:00-8:00 – Having breakfast at the hotel
8:00– Start trekking about 6 km to the Southeast of Sapa along the slopes of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of Black H’mong. After that, we will continue walking about 3 km to Lao Chai village of the H’mong people. Tourists need to walk through a small tunnel/over a small bridge leading to Muong Hoa valley to get inside the village.
12:00 – 12:30 – Having lunch at Ta Van village then check-in and rest.
Afternoon Tour guide takes you to visit villages of the local people
17:00 – Comeback to homestay and rest. Then prepare to learn how to cook some local dishes.
18:30 – Enjoy dinner with the dishes you have made. Overnight at homestay in Ta Van village.

DAY 3: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai Village – Supan – Sapa – Hanoi (B/L)

NIGHT 1: Hanoi – Sapa by train or overnight bus

DAY 01: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van

05h00: be greeted by our tour guide and driver upon arrival at Lao Cai train station, before being transferred to Sapa village, by a shared tourist bus. The bus ride uphill to Sapa takes a little over an hour, and will give you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces as you make this short trip.

Once arriving in the hotel in Sapa, an early check in follows if room is available, otherwise in the interim, you will have access to a basic room for your refreshment, before enjoying breakfast prior to going on the morning tour.

09:30 Start your tour with 6km of walking down to the South East of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village, home of the Black H’mong people. Then continue with a 3km-trek down to Lao Chai village. Here we will stop for a simple lunch before exploring the village. After lunch, continue trekking through terraced rice fields to Ta Van, village of the Dzay minority people. This trek is relatively easy, though the trail can be quite slippery if it rains, so good footwear is recommended.

NIGHT 2: Overnight at homestay

DAY 02: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Sapa

Around 09:30, after having had a restful night and enjoyable breakfast, it is time to take an 8 km walk to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao people, the H’mong who are located in Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan villages. Situated at the edge of Muong Hoa Valley, Giang Ta Chai is gaining popularity as one of the most scenic and interesting locations for visitors who enjoy experiencing the colorful traditional customs and costumes that are always on show here. While Supan is considered as a less travelled and more withdrawn village because of its small population base.

There are breath taking and beautiful landscapes throughout this mountainous area, including a stunning waterfall, rattan bridges, and some exquisite ferns and orchids that drape from the overhanging branches of so much lush vegetation. After Giang Ta Chai and Su Pan visits, it is hard to have to leave this area, but we again have opportunity to do more exploration in Sapa town, so the bus ride allows some recovery time… and lots of photos and stories will no doubt be told on the brief ride back.

Tour ends at around 15:30 or 16:00

Here you can also watch the local villagers working on the paddy rice fields and the kids playing. Enjoy the opportunity to take close-up pictures of water-buffaloes, pot-bellied pigs, and chickens. Have lunch in the village at noon.
Later, you continue to hike for another 3km to Sin Chai village, situated at the base of Hoang Lien Son Mountain with Fansipan Peak, which is also known as the roof of Vietnam and Indochina. Enjoy the panoramic view of the village and have more photo opportunities before heading back to Sapa Town.

DAY 01: Hanoi – Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van Village  (L/D)

6:00-6:30 Get picked up from your hotel in Hanoi to depart for Sapa via the new highway with a comfortable short break.
13:00 13:30 – Arrive at Sapa town and be amazed by the colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic people. Enjoy welcome drinks and itinerary briefing. Then, have lunch with local Vietnamese dishes before you start your trekking.
14:00 Start trekking about 6 km to the Southeast of Sapa along the slopes of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of Black H’mong. After that, we will continue walking about 3 km to Lao Chai village of the H’mong people. Tourists need to walk through a small tunnel/over a small bridge leading to Muong Hoa valley to get inside the village.
16:00 – Arrive at Ta Van village; a commune of Sa Pa, 12 km from the center of the town. It is an area with many ethnic groups, including the Day and the H’mong. Ta Van is a tourist area with landmarks such as Sapa Ancient Stone Field, Cau May, House on Stilt and many ethnic specialties.
17:00 – Check-in at homestay. You can join in a cooking class to learn how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.
18:30 – Enjoy local dishes for dinner. Overnight at homestay.

DAY 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai Village – Supan- Sapa – Hanoi (B/L)

7:00 – Have breakfast at the Homestay
8:00 – Giang Ta Chai Village and Supan Village will be 2 places that you will visit in the morning of the 2nd day. We will walk 8 km to visit Giang Ta Chai village of Red Dao people where is one of the attractive places for travelers who want to experience colorful traditions and customs.
12:00 Enjoy lunch then rest at the local restaurant
14:00 – Car picks you up back to Sapa Town
15:00 – Meet all other group members at the hotel to get ready for the bus to return to Hanoi.
15:00 – 15:30 – Get on the bus back to Hanoi
21:30 – Arrive in Hanoi. End of tour.

DAY 1: Hanoi – Sapa – Cat Cat Village Sin Chai (L/D)
06:00- 06:30 Our bus and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, then depart to Sapa, following Noi Bai – Lao Cai highway.
10:00 – Follow the highway to Lao Cai City with a comfortable short break on the way to Sapa.
13:00 13:30 Arrive at Sapa town and be amazed by the colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Dzay ethnic people. Then, have lunch with local Vietnamese dishes before the hotel check-in.
14:30 – We start walking to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and locate near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk up hill to get back to Sapa with very beautiful scenery in the late afternoon.

The tour guide continues to take the group to visit Sin Chai village located on the slopes of Fansipan mountain.
17:00 – Return to Sapa town for dinner. Enjoy your free time in the afternoon to explore Sapa Market and town. Overnight at the hotel

DAY 2: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa – Hanoi (B/L)
7:00 Have breakfast at the hotel.
